Taller Batiks

Batik workshop wants to get closer to a fabric design technique, totally handcrafted and unknown by many of us. The focal point of the workshop is the participation, where every pupil will create his or her own Batik.

Batik workshop is divided in three stages: painting, wax application and dyeing.

The final goal is that the pupil creates their own Batik design or even paint their own t-shirt, with the drawing they want, having a little approach to this technique used in different African and oriental countries.

Dickson Isowa Eghianruwa Biography

Dickson is an oral narrator and intercultural mediator. He will be taking workshops at the event.
