This group was started by a disillusioned musician, tired with the rigidities of classical music and the limitations of rock.

Justin Adams and Juldeh Camara present their new band 'JuJu', featuring Billy Fuller (Beak, Massive Attack, Robert Plant) on bass and Dave Smith (Outhouse, Ruhabi, Loop Collective) on drums.

Expect Hypnotic, psychedelic trance grooves from Robert Plant/Tinariwen collaborator, Justin Adams, and West African Griot Master Musician, Juldeh Camara. Plus Soul Science Sound System.

It all started in outer space…

Waterless products were perfect for astronauts to wash without water. And although a festival is not quite outer space (you'll be sure to see some fancy dress aliens) they are a great place to take waterless personal cleaning products to. Very shortly WOMAD will be inviting all bands and solo musicians to partake in the WOMAD Band Competition. The winner, chosen entirely by the WOMAD public, will be performing on a stage at WOMAD Charlton Park 2011! The competition will take place on the Official WOMAD Charlton Park Facebook pages.
