The registration form only allows space for one 'offsite guardian', but the site won't allow me to submit a second form with the same reference number..... It's maddening! I'm taking my daughter and her friend, who, predictably, have different contacts at home, but, also predictably given the booking fee, I bought the tickets all in one go, with one reference number!!!!

I would give them a call. x

Reading box office should be able to help you 0118 960 6060

Thanks, yeah I'd already called, been waiting for call back; think I can fill the forms in at the gate to be honest but I'd rather do it in advance....!!

Both my teenager's guardians are going to be onsite. But the form won't let leave the offsite guardian information blank. Terrific; another poorly executed web application.

Even frustrating at the wristband exchange . Single parents and offsite guardian . I ask you !!

unable to use online form and had probablems at gate too, bad webapp
BUT good idea keeps teens tagged so parents can be contacted in event of bad behaviour/illness wonder if this is why the teens seemed quieter and less rowdy this year?
wish it could have been extended to my 10 year old the concept of a barcode that can be scanned with our phonenumber is great no more permy marker on his arm

To be fair, we were among the first at the gate and the form was completed there without any problem or delay..... No official calls to me as 'onsite guardian' summoning me to explain any undesireable behaviour either, which was a bonus!!

Agree - simpler this year than last to be able to fill in form prior to arrival - last thing you want after a five hour drive through the night is form filling when you struggle to remember your own child's details let alone his mate!

There was a bit of a glitch at the gate first thing, which led to a delay in admission. The gate staff didn't know if under 14s had to be registered, nor did they know how to locate the form online (luckily, we'd done one in advance and had hardcopy, which included the URL).
I was amused to hear one complaniac near the front of the queue moaning that she'd been "waiting hours" when it couldn't have been much more than abour 45 minutes since we'd actually entered the estate.
As far as the "offsite guardian" bit goes, surely it's failry obvious that al that is required is anything that looks like a name, address and phone number as there is no verification process.
