  Hey Jambo,
  I was actually at work when updating (always am!). We've given the camels a break this week before we pack 'em with supplies for an onslaught round the Brecons over the Bank Holiday (seeing anything above 500ft permitting!).
  So they'll be on the sun loungers and soaking up a weekend of denial as the cloud continues it's languid splurge across the skies.

  Aah! Ulverston - Home of Stan Laurel and a rather nice Buddhist Monastery.
  Glen Campbell was a fan of said Mr Laurel, y'know. Even wrote a song about his home town...or did I mishear that?

  gorgeous start to the day at this end of the BBBofIC bright sunshine bone dry, clear sky and a dusting of snow hills overlooking the north of Glasgow and mountains of the southern highlands

  ok it's a wee bit on the cool side but it's warming up nicely

  But best of all we have only 5 day to go before we start out highland holiday
