  Del's in a bit of daze right now as he just back from a marathon culture fest of a day it started with Ecstasy of Order: The Tetris Masters which he really enjoy and say it's a must see film!!!!

  next up was a Q + A on women in the comic industry which he found interesting

  and then Cal joined him for a low budget Scottish comedy about a comic shop Electric Man which they both thought it lacked some technical polish and the acting was a bit forced at time but at the same time was entertaining and funny.

  The it was off to the Ballet (after a bag of chips) to see Matthew Bourne's nutcracker which they both enjoyed especially it's transformation from dull grey orphanage to brightly coloured sweetieland (Cal also enjoyed the semi naked men in tight white trousers!)

  More artists being announced today - a few mins copying and pasting format from last years spreadsheets and we are all set up to start awarding our none, one, two or three stars according to degree of "must seeness" for 2012 - feels great!

  Well, Breabach taught me that I can really enjoy Scottish bagpipes (confession - I liked Northumbrian, Eireann and Galician, but hadn't got on with the Scottish ones!) so I am hoping for a similar awakening with regard to accordian music as this is looking like the year of the accordian and with the glorious exception of Spiro, I have yet to find my ear for accordian appreciation! I have no idea why - just the way it is.
  Jambo's got lots of excitement to come home to - will she be back soon, or is she still kayaking amongst the mangroves?

  SS you'd love the white tailes eagles -handsome birds wonder if they are distant relatives of Gordy's...also pelicans frigate birds and grey and little heron..and jewel like humming birds.

  day of seeing eagle ray and several small stingrays....now linng up for our third snorkel before tea (and cinnamon buns) come on over you lot..plenty to spare...
