Weekend Ticket- £125.00

This ticket provides:

• Access to the festival for Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Free camping in the festival campsite from 8am Friday 24 July through to Monday 27 July.

Thursday - £25

• One Thursday ticket per person gives entry to WOMAD Charlton Park festival in conjunction with all weekend ticket types.
• You do not need to purchase a Thursday ticket for children aged 13 and under.
• Valid from 8am in the campsite and in the arena from 2pm on Thursday 23 July.
• Thursday Camping tickets may be purchased separately from Weekend tickets (eg if you want to decide later whether to arrive on Thursday or Friday), but please note that the standard booking fee will apply per transaction.

Day Tickets - £60

Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July

• There are a limited number of day tickets available.
• Day tickets will be valid from 10am until end of the final performance on each day.
• Camping is not permitted for Day ticket holders.

SN16 Day Tickets - £50

Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July

• All ticket holders must be residents of SN16.
• There are a limited number of day tickets available.
• Day tickets will be valid from 10am until end of the final performance on each day.
• Camping is not permitted for Day ticket holders.

Teenager Ticket - £60.00

• Available to teenagers aged 14-17.
• This ticket gives teenagers access to the festival and campsite for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Proof of age may be required on arrival at the festival.
• All those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children 13 and under - FREE

• Children 13 and under can come free with each adult ticket holder.
• All children must hold their own ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Proof of children's age may be required on arrival at the festival.

Disabled Weekend Ticket - £125.00

• If you require a personal assistant or carer in order to attend the festival you can apply for a free 2nd ticket.
• You may purchase your ticket now and order a free ticket for your personal assistant. However, your tickets will not be sent out to you until the registration form has been filled in and sent with the necessary documentation.

• Free camping in the festival disabled campsite from 8am Friday 24th July until Monday 27th July for up to a maximum of 3 people per disabled customer (including your personal assistant/carer).

Premium Park and Camp

• Now sold out
• This premium Park and Camp ticket will allow you to park one car within 10 metres of your tent. All persons in the car must hold a valid weekend ticket and a Thursday Camping ticket per person if using the site on Thursday 23 July. There are a limited number of these tickets available.

Campervan/caravan ticket - £40.00

• Now sold out
• Please read the guidelines for what qualifies as a campervan/caravan.
• Gives entry to ONE sleep-in vehicle (see guidelines below for definition of sleep-in vehicles)
• All persons sleeping in the campervan must hold a valid Weekend ticket and a Thursday Camping ticket per-person if using the site on Thursday 23 July.
• Campervan tickets may be purchased separately from Weekend tickets (eg if you want to decide later whether to take your campervan or not), but please note that the standard booking fee will apply per transaction.

• Guidelines for the campervan field.
• If your vehicle does not adhere to these rules you will not be allowed access into the campervan / caravan field.
• Your campervan/caravan must have purpose built fitted sleeping facilities and either fitted cooking or washing facilities.
• Any converted vehicles must clearly be live-in vehicles. (Unfortunately, a van with a piece of foam cut to size for a bed and bucket for washing does not qualify.)
• A team of campsite staff and security will be checking each vehicle's live in facilities.
• Those in unsuitable vehicles, including unconverted vans, with tickets for the campervan fields will be denied entry and asked to park in the festival car parks. Security patrols will not permit sleeping in any vehicle in these car parks.
• There is space for one car to be parked beside the caravan. Any other member of your party arriving by car will need to park in the festival car parks.
• A trailer tent must be purpose built and manufacturer made.
• All vehicles longer than 7 meters must purchase two campervan/caravan field tickets to cover the extra space required.
• One small/medium tent can be pitched next to your campervan/caravan within your allocated space.

• The WOMAD Spa returns for a second year at Charlton Park, where you can enjoy luxury showers or pampering yourself in a Jacuzzi. Make the most of the makeup mirrors and hair dryers to freshen up and look great. Enjoy the help of our on hand staff, have a refreshing drink in the café or something a little stronger in the cocktail bar and check out the luxury treatments available.
• As a special offer for WOMAD 2009, buy a weekend ticket for the spa and get access to the WOMAD Backstage Bar.
• NB: If the spa is very busy we may need to run a reservation system to limit the numbers of people in the spa. At times of peak capacity visits may be limited to 2 hours
• Children 13 and under are not permitted in the Spa.
