It was their mother who introduced Vika and Linda to their beautiful harmonies, most of which they learnt at Church as children. Drawing from a rich cultural and musical background, their style combines influences from gospel, soul and reggae. Whilst their heritage provides haunting South Pacific melodies, their lyrics reveal an inner urban understanding based on their cosmopolitan upbringing in Melbourne.
