The Colour Pool are a local Reading band on the cusp of greatness. Lead vocalist Anthony ‘Antboy’ Tyler is the oldest member of the group at the ripe hoary age of 19. Lead guitarist Rich Dowdal and Bassist Lauren Moisey are both eighteen whereas Dan ‘The Beaver’ Western is still struggling with the exhilaration of being 16 years old. The group play groovy melodic music with a wide appeal, bringing a collective maturity and experience of playing and recording that belies their youthful ages to bear on their music. The Colour Pool are on a mission to play as many gigs as possible, write as many songs as possible and build a strong local following. Today Reading, tomorrow… THE WORLD!
