Souls Liberation (AKA Ripton Lindsay) is a talented DJ, MC, promoter, dancer and radio presenter. His trademark - which he brings to every show/project he is involved in - is a passion for music, particularly Caribbean sounds, plus boundless energy and positivity.
Hailing from Portland, Jamaica, Souls Liberation spent many years being heavily involved in the island's thriving party scene, playing at all the best clubs and music shows and holding down a number of residencies. He was a member of the 'A Clan of DJ's' collective, was also involved in the mighty Fire Squad sound system and Fame FM radio station.
Now based in the UK, Souls Liberation continues to rock parties, club nights and festivals all over the country, and has worked alongside the likes of Aquasky, Freq Nasty, DJ Babu, Optimas Prime, Daddy G and Mr Benn. He is also the hype man for Bristol Hi-Fi - a musical collective consisting of ace female DJ Queen Bee, vibes DJ & producer Mr Benn, and Massive Attack's Daddy G.
