L'Mentos

L'Mentos is a group of inquisitive musicians who use traditional folk music and fuse it with Mediterranean, which originally was mainly verata rebec and percussion.

In 2009 he released his latest album Al-kimia, a work that reflects the fusion of Mediterranean and Celtic folk in verata Percussion clef.

Almost all of L'Mentos' music is original, influenced by this traditional Celtic folk and the courtly tradition of Mateo Flecha and Garcilaso de la Vega. He retrieves sounds of the ancient instruments, such as the hurdy-gurdy by using traditional handcrafted instruments.
